CareConnect follows a strict No Refund Policy. Once the service fee or placement fee has been paid by the employer/client, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
CareConnect provides manpower sourcing and placement services only. The service fee is charged for recruitment efforts, candidate sourcing, screening and placement assistance.
Even if the employer decides not to hire the candidate, terminates the staff, or the staff leaves the job after joining, the service fee will remain non-refundable.
However, depending on availability and service agreement, CareConnect may attempt to provide a replacement candidate within the applicable replacement period. Replacement does not imply eligibility for any refund.
